Look for fungi (but don't take or damage!).
Come in April to see the see the spectacular display of bluebells.
Listen for birds.

Pear Wood is one of the best examples of ancient woodland in London and is home to a wide variety of trees, fungi, birds and invertebrates, many of them rare. Running across the park is Grim's Dyke, a Roman era boundary marker and registered ancient monument.
