A lovely park in South East London with a fascinating history, featuring interesting buildings and Victorian features, a beautiful flower garden, diverse wildlife and a wonderful collection of trees and plants. A place to relax and admire nature but also a place to be active. The park contains many sports and fitness facilities including an iconic skatebowl, one of the first to be built in London. Play football or cricket on the sports field, use the outdoor gym, play table tennis and basket ball or book one of the multi-sport courts managed by Lambeth Council. there is also an active dog walking group.
