Jog & pick up litter! A genius idea you can do in any park. 'Plogs' are when you go for a run or walk but also litter pick.

We arrange regular 'plogs' which are run/walk and rubbish pick ups. Getting rubbish off our streets, away from our rivers and oceans and raising endorphin levels at the same time!
